This is how one film speaks twelve languages
Don’t take our word.
Take the remote.
Every film on this stage aired nationally. Each one loops the exact beat where the talent speaks: flip the original against the Lipsmatch output mid-sentence, jump languages, and judge the sync frame by frame. Tap any film below to hear one beat land in every language.
Tap a film and it plays each language in turn. Same shoot, re-voiced and re-synced through Lipsmatch in the star’s own recreated voice.
Lip-sync so true, nobody asks what language you shot in
Lipsmatch is our proprietary lip-sync technology. Give it one master film and a dub in any language, and it re-animates every mouth in the frame to speak that language, frame-accurate, identity intact, ready for broadcast.
A dub used to be a compromise: the voice changed, the lips didn’t, and every viewer could feel it. Lipsmatch closes that gap, and the stage above is the evidence: national campaigns looping the exact beat where the talent speaks, the original and our output on one remote. The rest of this page is the long answer: what actually happens to your film, stage by stage, from the day one master arrives to the day twelve of them leave.
What happens to your film
Six stages sit between one approved master and a dozen native ones. No re-edit, no re-grade, no reshoot. Every loop on the right is a real output, running on footage from campaigns that aired.

01 Ingest
The master arrives
One approved film, exactly as it shipped: 4K ProRes, a broadcast C2C master, a fifteen-second cutdown or a feature-length cut. We work on your delivery files natively, so there is no re-export, no generation loss, and nothing for your online editor to redo.
Survives intact: your grade, your grain, your mix, your timecode.

02 The dub
Every language gets a real performance
Bring your own dubs, or we produce them end to end: regional voice actors, translation supervision that protects the writing, and, with the artist’s consent, the star’s own voice recreated so they speak every language themselves. Either way the dub is acted to your edit, beat for beat, because the lips will follow it exactly.
Survives intact: the rhythm of the scene, because the dub is performed to your cut.

03 Tracking
Every speaking face is found and followed
Tracking holds through the footage you actually shoot: angle changes, profiles, low light, moving cameras, several people in one frame, hands and props crossing the mouth. Each speaking face gets its own track through the cut. Everything else in the frame is marked untouchable.
Survives intact: every non-speaking face, and every pixel outside the mouths.
one performance held through changing camera angles -
04 Re-animation
The mouth is rebuilt, frame by frame
Jaw, lips and teeth are re-formed to every syllable of the new track. The work is confined to the mouth region: the eyes, the expression, the light on the face carry straight through from your original. It holds even in difficult shots: a fork crossing the mouth, a moving camera, a face half turned away.
Survives intact: the performance. We move nothing but the mouth.

05 Finishing
Human hands finish every close-up
Artists pass over the work shot by shot: teeth edges, beard lines, skin texture, motion blur matched to your original. Celebrity films get the full frame-by-frame treatment, because a face the whole country knows has to look exactly like themselves in every language.
Survives intact: identity, the details a famous face is judged on.

06 Delivery
QC to air
Nothing ships that wouldn’t pass your own QC bay. Every close-up is reviewed by human eyes before you ever see it, and you sign off before anything airs. Then the set is delivered: one broadcast-ready master per language, cut-to-cut with your original.
Survives intact: your edit, with the same cuts and timecode in every language.
- Cut-to-cut against your original: same edit, same timecode
- Full-resolution broadcast masters that pass network QC
- Every close-up human-reviewed before delivery
- One master per language, 75+ delivered and aired to date
The performance stays. Only the language changes.
Lip-sync fails in the details, a soft tooth, a smeared beard, a smile that flattens. Lipsmatch is judged frame by frame on exactly those details before anything leaves the studio.
Mouth shapes are rebuilt to the new track frame by frame, no drift, no rubber-mouth smear
The face stays unmistakably theirs, critical when the face is the most famous part of the film
Smiles, smirks and comic timing carry through untouched. We move only the mouth
Profiles, moving cameras, outdoor light and objects crossing the face, the way real shoots look

Lipsmatch questions
What is Lipsmatch?
Lipsmatch is Insanely Elegant's proprietary lip-sync technology. Give it one master film and a dubbed audio track in any language, and it re-animates every speaking mouth in the frame to that language, frame-accurate and broadcast-ready. The performance, the faces and the edit stay exactly as shot; only the language changes.
How is Lipsmatch different from a normal dub?
In a traditional dub the voice changes but the lips keep speaking the original language, and every viewer feels the mismatch. Lipsmatch rebuilds the mouth movements to match the new track syllable by syllable, so the film looks like it was originally shot in each language.
What languages does Lipsmatch support?
Twelve languages have already shipped on national campaigns: Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Assamese and Odia. The engine itself is language-agnostic, if you can record the dub, we can put it on the lips.
Does it work on celebrity films and close-ups?
Yes, that is where it earns its keep. Identity details such as teeth, beard and skin texture are preserved, and celebrity work receives frame-by-frame human finishing before delivery, so a face the whole country knows still looks exactly like themselves in every language.
Can it handle difficult footage, fast cuts, multiple people, outdoor light?
Yes. The campaigns on our Lipsmatch page include rapid comedy dialogue cut on the beat, two performers trading lines in one shot, and outdoor films with constantly moving cameras. Lipsmatch tracks each speaking face individually and leaves the rest of the frame untouched.
Is the output really broadcast-quality?
Yes. Deliverables ship as full-resolution, cut-to-cut broadcast masters that pass network QC, the same pipeline behind 75+ masters delivered for national brands. Every close-up is reviewed by human eyes before anything leaves the studio.
Do you also produce the dubbed voices?
We can. Bring your own dubs, or we produce them end to end: regional voice actors, translation supervision, and optionally your star's own voice, recreated with their consent, so they speak every language themselves. Write to [email protected] for a free sample sync on your film.
What is the technology behind Lipsmatch?
Under the hood, Lipsmatch runs on machine-learning models we have refined across national broadcast campaigns, wrapped in a post-production pipeline with frame-by-frame human finishing. Any voice or likeness work happens only with the artist's consent. But you should judge it the way you judge any post house: watch the film.
