Lipsmatch · The Showcase
One performance. Every language. The same face.
We take a finished film and open it to new markets. The dialogue is re-voiced, then the actor’s lips are re-animated frame by frame to the new language, so each version looks shot for that market. Everything below aired.
Every number below comes from campaigns and films that actually aired, through the same technology driving every clip on this page.
Different content, different genres.
One face in every language.
Films, television and national ad campaigns. Every piece plays itself through language after language, no buttons needed. Tap one to watch it full size with sound, and judge the sync yourself.
From one master to every market
No reshoot, no recast, no re-edit. One approved film goes in and a broadcast-ready master per language comes out, cut-to-cut with your original.
How a spot travels
Send us the film
A finished spot, a single scene, or a celebrity ad. Any language, any format. One approved master is all we need.
Re-voice the market
A native voice actor carries the dialect and the delivery, or the star’s own voice is recreated on the approvals the production already holds.
Re-animate the lips
Every speaking mouth is tracked and rebuilt to the new track, frame by frame, while the rest of your frame stays exactly as shot.
Ship broadcast-ready
Human eyes review every close-up before you see it. One master becomes ten markets, in days, on the same face and the same edit.
The campaigns behind the reel
National campaigns, one pipeline. Every master delivered cut-to-cut and QC’d for broadcast.
One shoot with one of India’s most-watched faces became five native-language films. Celebrity close-ups finished frame by frame, in his own recreated voice, on approvals held by the production
A cricket-season campaign at full sprint: rapid comic dialogue cut on the beat, multiplied into thirty-six broadcast masters without losing a single laugh
The ‘Imagine It, Bourbon It’ film, shot once and aired across India in nine languages. Close two-hander coverage, tight faces and a spoon crossing the mouth mid-line, all handled
Two-hander dialogue traded at speed in one shot. The timing the director fought for carries into every language untouched
Award-winning scenes carried across languages to show the hard cases: a whispered close-up monologue, a full-voltage monologue and a Korean feature read in English
Send one scene and a language. If the result doesn’t convince you, it costs you nothing
The next clip in this gallery should be yours.
Share one scene from your film and the language you want it in. We’ll send back a finished sample before you commit.
Bring your ad to more regions.
Pick a time and we will walk you through the work live: how it is made, what a full project looks like and what it costs. Send us one spot and we will lip-match a piece of it into a language your audience actually speaks, on your own frame, so you can judge it for yourself.

Lipsmatch questions
What is Lipsmatch?
Lipsmatch takes a finished film and opens it to new markets. The dialogue is re-voiced into the target language, then the actor’s lips are re-animated frame by frame to match the new audio, so the same performance plays as if it were shot in that language.
How is this different from regular dubbing?
A dub only changes the audio, so the actor’s lips still move to the original language and every viewer feels the mismatch. Lipsmatch also re-animates the lips to the new dialogue, so the picture matches the words and the version reads as native rather than dubbed.
Do you keep the original actor?
Yes. The same face and performance carry every version. Where a star’s own voice is recreated, it is done only with the performer’s rights and approvals.
How many languages can you deliver?
90+ languages and accents, including 12+ Indian languages that national campaigns are versioned into as a matter of routine.
Is the output broadcast quality?
Yes. We have delivered 100+ broadcast films for brands including Britannia Good Day, Ching’s Secret, Candyman and NutriChoice, with work seen more than 500 million times.
How fast is it?
One master can become several market versions in days, instead of a separate reshoot for each market.
What do you need from us to start?
The finished film or a single scene, and the target languages. We handle the re-voicing and the lip re-animation and return broadcast-ready files.
Can it handle difficult shots?
Yes. Tight close-ups, rapid dialogue, low light, moving cameras and multiple faces in frame are all handled. The gallery above includes stress-test clips of exactly these cases.
